Throw in wrestling: Ar. and P. καταπαλαίειν (the passage in Eur., I. A. 1013, is doubtful), P. and V. καταβάλλειν.
Trip up: P. ὑποσκελίζειν.
Throw (a rider): P. and V. ναχαιτίζειν, Ar. and P. ποσείεσθαι (Xen.), P. ἀναβάλλειν (Xen.).
